Hi, I’m Anastasiia Kulikova. I’m a Ladies Dance instructor and the founder of Ladies Space in Ottawa — the first women-only space focused on empowering women through movement.

And also I'm founder of LadiesSpace Wedding Entertainment in Ottawa.

I create a safe space where women can expand, feel better in their bodies, reconnect with their femininity, and feel stronger as women.

 

I’ve trained over 5,000 women, and my classes are designed especially for those who have never danced before.
