By accessing our website or registering for our classes, you agree to be bound by the following terms and policies, which are subject to change at the studio's discretion. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

1. Privacy Policy Ladies Space Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. By registering for our classes, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined below.

2. Collection and Use: We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) to manage registrations, send updates, and provide services.

3. Data Security: Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Photography and Video Consent: By participating in our classes, you agree to be photographed and recorded for promotional use. If you wish to opt out, you must provide a written request to our administration.

5. Subscription/Membership Options: We offer two types of subscription/membership options for specific groups:

• Basic Option: This subscription/membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, classes cannot be rescheduled, and the subscription/membership cannot be credited for any future period, regardless of the reason. Additionally, once payment is made, the Basic Option subscription/membership cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

• Comfort Option: You may reschedule or receive a refund for unused classes, even if the subscription/membership has already begun. However, you must notify the Ladies Space Inc. administration at least 24 hours before the next class. If you fail to provide notice or do not attend a scheduled class, the session will be considered used and non-refundable.

• Drop-In Classes: Drop-in classes are considered part of the Basic Option. Once a drop-in class is paid for, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a participant pays for a drop-in class but does not attend, the class is still considered used. Participants may use their drop-in class within the course or month for which they registered. If they fail to attend within that period, the class will be counted as used, as the studio held the class.​​

​​​6. ​Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Group Classes:

• Basic Option: This subscription/membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, classes cannot be rescheduled, and the subscription/membership cannot be credited for any future period, regardless of the reason. Additionally, once payment is made, the Basic Option subscription/membership cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

• Comfort Option: You may reschedule or receive a refund for unused classes, even if the subscription/membership has already begun. However, you must notify the Ladies Space Inc. administration at least 24 hours before the next class. If you fail to provide notice or do not attend a scheduled class, the session will be considered used and non-refundable.

• Private Dance Classes: Require 48 hours' notice for cancellation. Missed classes without notice will be charged in full.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to cancel your reservation online or do not attend, you will be charged the full class fee.

• Trial Drop In Classes: You have 4 weeks to attend your trial class. If you miss it, you will be charged the full price for the trial.

1. Payment Policy Online Payments: All payments must be made online via our website in Canadian Dollars. By confirming your payment, you agree to our policies.

• Installments: If you select a payment plan, you authorize recurring payments on the predetermined dates.

• Refunds: Refunds are only available for the Comfort Option under the conditions specified above. In case of a class cancellation by the studio, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Class Admission Our classes are exclusively for individuals identifying as female, which aligns with certain cultural and religious considerations.

Liability and Acknowledgment:

By registering, you affirm that you are physically able to participate in our classes. Participants under 18 require written consent from a parent or guardian. You agree that Ladies Space Inc. is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage during classes. You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk and agree to release and hold harmless Ladies Space Inc., its instructors, and staff from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation.

Force Majeure Ladies Space Inc. is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling options but are not obligated to provide refunds.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

 

Policy Updates We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes. By checking the box during registration or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
