On Fridays we’re doing a special trial evening — and it’s honestly such a beautiful vibe. You’ll get to experience: • 6:45 pm-7:45 pm : Mat Pilates beginner level • 7:45-8p.m. – break time to relax and enjoy champagne or coffee • 8 p.m-9 pm : fun and feminine Ladies Dance class (no heels and experience required) • 9 p.m. – a 30-minute relaxation meditation session to unwind and reconnect with your feminine energy It's like a feminine reset and great chance to try how it be part of Ladies Space😍🔥
