
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Ladies Space (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) within Canada.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

Must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition

Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, which must not be damaged or used as external shipping packaging

Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been worn, used, or damaged

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Hygiene-sensitive products, including but not limited to knee pads, if opened or used

Any items explicitly marked as Final Sale
3. Return Shipping

The original shipping fee of $15 CAD (if applicable) is non-refundable

Orders of $120 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping within Canada
For approved returns:

The Company will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Return shipping costs are covered by the Company, provided the return complies with this Policy
The Company reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs if the return does not meet eligibility requirements.
4. Refunds
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If the return is approved:

A refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees (if originally paid) are non-refundable
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment providers.
If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for footwear sizing, subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to issue a refund instead.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or the inability to use them.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
