Shipping: Delivery takes approximately 20 days from the time of order.

Pickup: You can also pick up your order in person at our studio. As soon as the dress is ready for pickup, we will contact you to confirm a convenient time.

Return Policy for Clothing and Shoes

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below:

• Return Period:
  Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Return Conditions:

• The item must be in new condition, with no signs of wear.
• Returns are only accepted for items that are clean and undamaged.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Return Process:

• Contact us to initiate a return.
• You can return the item in person at our studio.

• Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or show visible signs of use.
• Shoes cannot be returned if they have been worn or show any signs of wear.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above requirements.
